About the Event
Join Pearl, a long-time Nine Mile Valley resident, on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM upstairs in the classroom for a wonderful hour of yoga! This class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through a variety of poses suitable for all skill levels.
Cost: $5/class (cash only)
Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, and water
