You're probably busy with all the details of planning your special wedding day or family reunion and you're looking for the perfect location to hold the event. Look no further than the beautiful Nine Mile Valley and the Community Center. In order to maintain this beautiful piece of real estate and the historic buildings located here, we allow them to be used for weddings and special events that can conform to our policies.
We updated our rental agreement in January 2020. The Community Center facilities/grounds may be rented for $100/4 hours, $200/8 hours, or $500/day. Celebration of Life and Memorial events are $100.
Making plans for that special day? Our intimate and historic church might be just the spot you have in mind. The little chapel seats about 70 guests or use the pavilion for an outdoor theme. The Stark School building can be used for dinners or indoor activities. The grounds are a sweet venue - see photos from recent weddings in the Photo Gallery.
REUNIONS & CELEBRATIONS:
Bring the family and friends together for a special event on our historic property in the Nine Mile Valley. Whether you are celebrating family or the life of a departed member of the family, you will feel comfortable in these surroundings.
Public or community events include fund raisers for nonprofit organizations, local groups’ social events, public meetings sponsored by government entities or nonprofits, and significant holiday events.
