Community Wide Yard Sale & Summer Celebration

The Nine Mile Community Center is hosting a community sale along with private residents in Nine Mile Valley, Six Mile Valley, Huson, Frenchtown, and Alberton on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM!

The Nine Mile Community Center will provide free advertising for this event! We will be posting information, including an event map (showing residents in 59846 zip code), to our website and Facebook page. If you would like to advertise your private sale, please contact Mari Palomo at kishimoto.mari@gmail.com by August 4, 2026. Please include the following information:

• Brief description of key sale items

Free table space is also available at the Nine Mile Community Center for people who only have a few items to sell or live too far off the beaten path. Tables and chairs will be provided for these vendors. If you would like to reserve your space at the Nine Mile Community Center, please contact Mari Palomo at kishimoto.mari@gmail.com by August 4, 2026. Please include the following information:

Need a break from selling or buying? Join us for the Summer Celebration Potluck BBQ at the Nine Mile Community Center at 12:00 PM. It's going to be a great day for the whole family, so bring the kids along for games and summer fun! Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided. Please bring your favorite summer snack or dessert to share and come ready for some good food and neighborly company. For additional details regarding the Summer Celebration Potluck BBQ, please contact Tabitha Boyle at 406-360-4635.

Update: We are now including all of Huson, Frenchtown, and Alberton in our Community Yard Sale! The addresses will be included on the address list, but the map will remain for the 59846 area code only.

Note: The last spot in the Nine Mile Valley with reliable cell service is the pullout just north of the Nine Mile exit ramp on the right. Be sure to have your list of addresses and map accessible prior to entering the valley. We will have the addresses and map located at the Nine Mile Community Center for reference as well.

Community Center Sales

• We currently have 4 yard sale individuals signed up for the sale at the NMCC, and they have quite the variety of items, to include: dog crates, crockpots, kitchen accessories, art supplies, outdoor hoses and garden stuff, greenhouse heater, booster seats, baskets, household decorations, antiques, reloading equipment, and more! We would love more individual sale set-ups and have plenty of room for you!

  
  

• The Nine Mile Community Center will have a small swag table with miscellaneous items and old historic wooden chairs for the taking!

  
  

• Public restrooms will be available in the Community Center's Schoolhouse.

  
  

• 4 Bear Ranch will be selling baked goodies! Grab a treat and stay energized for your yard sale adventures!

• Nine Mile Community Center will have FREE BBQ lunch at Noon as long as supplies last - games will be out for the kiddos to enjoy!
